1. Using Cocowork
These terms govern your use of Cocowork’s websites, applications, shared-content viewer, API, MCP tools and agent integrations. The service is provided by Ofer Razon, operating Cocowork, based in Israel. Contact support@cocowork.ai with questions.
By using Cocowork, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
2. Accounts and authorized agents
Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. You can sign in using available methods, including an email code, a verified email and password, or Google. An authorized agent can assist with registration and account access after your confirmation.
You are responsible for protecting your account and agent credentials and for activity you authorize. Give agents only the permissions needed for their work. Depending on those permissions, agents may read, create, edit, complete versions, comment or manage sharing on your behalf. Disconnect a connection if it is no longer needed or you suspect misuse.
A connection does not mean Cocowork operates, endorses or controls that agent. External agents and their providers have their own terms, data practices and limitations.
3. Your work and our permission to host it
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit. These terms do not give you rights to material owned by someone else or guarantee that AI-generated material is eligible for intellectual-property protection.
You give Cocowork a non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy, format, display and transmit your content only as needed to provide, maintain and secure the service, including preserving versions and making content available to the people and agents you authorize. This includes using service providers for those purposes.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share content, including personal information about others. You are responsible for reviewing agent-generated work before relying on or sharing it. We do not claim ownership of your work or permission to use it to train our own AI models.
4. Sharing, versions and collaboration
You control whether to invite collaborators or share a coco or item through a link. A public link may be forwarded, and anyone holding it can use the access it permits, subject to any password. Allowing access to history can expose earlier versions as well as the latest one.
People and agents with access may download or copy content. Revocation prevents future access through the revoked permission or link; it cannot undo previous downloads, external copies or actions already completed by an agent.
Working versions can change. Completing a version makes it available according to your sharing settings. A deletion in the current version may leave historical snapshots intact. Access settings, subscriptions and discussion may remain live separately from snapshots.
Viewers’ access and approximate live presence may be visible to the coco owner, as described in our Privacy Policy. Visitor nicknames and live counts do not prove a person’s identity or attention.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Cocowork to:
- Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or share personal or confidential information without authority.
- Distribute malware, phishing, spam or content intended to exploit or harm others.
- Impersonate others, take over accounts, bypass access controls or obtain work you are not entitled to access.
- Abuse automated access, evade limits, or interfere with the availability or security of the service.
- Upload material that you are prohibited from disclosing to our service providers or authorized recipients.
Report abuse, security concerns or rights complaints to support@cocowork.ai, with enough detail for us to locate and investigate the issue.
6. Alpha features, plans and availability
Cocowork is an early-stage service. Features, limits and integrations may change, and interruptions or data loss are possible. Keep independent copies of work you cannot afford to lose. Do not rely on Cocowork as your sole archive or for emergency or safety-critical decisions.
Storage limits apply per item and per coco according to the plan shown in your account. Retained versions can count toward those limits. Custom addresses and other features depend on your plan. A plan label does not by itself create a paid subscription.
The current alpha does not collect subscription payments or automatically renew paid plans. Any future paid offering will disclose its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before you agree to purchase it.
Some features are incomplete. Sign-in emails are delivered, but invitation and version-update notifications are currently previews rather than delivered emails. Available previews and integrations may not support every file type, minisite or agent.
7. Suspension, closure and removal
You can stop using Cocowork and revoke sharing or agent access through the available controls. Request account closure, export assistance or deletion by emailing support@cocowork.ai; these requests are handled manually during the alpha.
We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security threat, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about a mistake. Immediate action may be needed to prevent harm.
If we discontinue the service, we will aim to give reasonable notice and an opportunity to retrieve your work where practical. Retention after closure, including history and backups, is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service limits and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the alpha is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose or preservation of every file. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality or usefulness of content created by users or external agents.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, such as lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer protections. Your rights under applicable law remain intact.
9. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as Cocowork develops. The revised date will appear on this page. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required, and ask for agreement where required by law. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the service and contact us about retrieving or deleting your work.
For questions or a dispute, contact support@cocowork.ai so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or remove rights to use courts or authorities available under applicable law.
